Captain William Goodlake Power, son of Fleet Surgeon W.M. Power.  Inspector of Machinery, Army Ordnance Depot.

He died on the 16th October 1916 and is buried in Grave V.D.19 at Warloy-Baillon Communal Cemetery Extension (about 21 km N.E. of Amiens).

He is not named on the Wivenhoe War Memorial.
