In the name of God Amen I Daniel Cork of
Wivenhoe in the County of Essex Gent being in perfect health.of body and
Of sound mind memory and understandingbut mindfull of my mortality
Doe make and ordaine this my last will and testament concerning the reall
And personal Estate whereof I am any ways seised or possessed or aney?
Others in trust for me or which [?] [?] to dispose of in mannor
And form following Imprimis I give devise and bequeath unto my dear
and loving wife Elizabeth Cork all my estate both real and personal of what
kind and nature so ever & I do appoint her sole executrix of this my
will and I doe hereby revoke all former wills Legacies and bequeats by me
formerly made & have to this my last will and testament set my my
hand and seale this sixteenth Day of May in the year of our  Lord one
thousand seven hundred and twenty seven
