In the name of God Amen I Henry Percival of
Wivenhoe in the County of Essex Coal Meter do make
This my last Will and Testament in manner
Following, that is to say, I give devise and
Bequeath unto my dear wife Ann Percival
All and every my Messuages Lands Tenements
Estates and Hereditaments with the
Appurtenances wheresoever situate And
Also all my personal Estate and Effects
Whatsoever and eheresoever To hold the same
And every part thereof unto her my said wife
Ann her heirs Executors administrators and
Assigns absolutely and for ever And I
Do hereby nominate constitute and appoint
My said dear wife Ann Percival Sole
Executrix of this my Will hereby revoking
and making void all and every other
Will and wills by me made I do declare
This only to be and contain my last will
And Testament In Witness whereof I

Have hereunto set my hand this seventeenth
day of September one thousand eight
hundred and thirty nine

Ann Percival the sole Executrix within named was
Sworn to the truth of this Will and to the true performance
thereof and that to the best of her knowledge and
belief the Goods Chattels and Credits of the deceased do
not amount to the Sum of Two hundred pounds and
that the deceased died in the parish of Wivenhoe
within mentioned the Thirteenth day August one
thousand eight hundred and forty.

Revd Samuel Carr Clk Surrog: &c by the oath of
Ann Percival the sole Extrix to whom Admon
was granted she being first sworn duly
