Rigsby PITE of Wivenhoe, Shopkeeper, 1806. D/ACW 38/2/23 

I Bigsby Pite of Wivenhoe in the County of Essex
Shopkeeper being unwell but of sound mind and
understanding Do hereby revoke all Wills by me heretofore
made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament
First I direct all my just Debts and my funeral and
testamentary expences to be paid out of my estate as
soon as conveniently may be after my decease. And
subject to the payment and discharge of my Debts, funeral
and testamentary expences I give and bequeath all my
estate and property whatsoever which I am possessed
of or intitled to in expectancy under my late Father
Jeremiah Pite’s Will or by virtue of his Death or
any otherwise houseever
Pite to and for her proper use and benefit for ever,
I hereby nominate and appoint my said dear Wife
Ann Pite and Mr Richard Neville of Colchester
Executrix and Executor of this my Will giving unto the
said Pichard Neville his reasonable Charges and
Expences concerning the same. And in testimony of this
being my last Will and Testament I have hereunto set
my hand and seal the twenty ninth day of April
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
six

The twentieth day of November 1806
Ann Pite Widow, Pelict of the deceased, and Richard
Neville the Executrix and Executor within named were
sworn to the truth of this Will and to the due performance
thereof, And that to the best of their knowledge and
belief the amount of the value of the goods Chattels and
Credits of the deceased is under the sum of Two hundred
Pounds

The Testator died in the Parish of
Wivenhoe in the County of Essex
the twenty first day of May 1806.

Reverend Richard Hoblyn Clerk Surrogate & by the Oaths of Ann Pite Widow of the deceased
and Richard Neville the Executors to whom Adcon was granted on the Twenty ninth Day of
the Month aforesaid they being first sworn duly to administer
