431. Mary KING of Wivenhoe, Widow, 1746. D/ACW 29/7/3

I Mary King of Wivenhoe in the County of Essex widow Do make my last Will and
Testament in manner and Form Following First I Give Devise and bequeath unto my
Grandaughter Anna Flacke All my Estate lying & being in Fingringhoe in the County aforesaid and holden
of the said Mannor by Copy of Court Roll. To hold to her the said Anna Flacke her heires & Assigns forever
All the rest & residue of my messuages Lands and Tenements and hereditaments whatsoever and
wheresoever both Freehold & Copyhold I will order direct and appoint shall as soon as Conveniently
may be after my decease be sold by my Executor herein after named for the best price that can be
gotten for the Same and the money ariseing by such sale I Give to be applied by my Executor
to discharge my incumbrances thereupon and pay my just debts and any overplus shall be
then remaining I Give the same to be Equally divided amongst all my daughter Mary Flacks Children
share and share alike as they shall respectively attain their several ages of twenty one years and
in Case any of them Should die under that Age Then I Give the share & part of him her or them so dying
under age to be Equally divided Amongst the Survivors and if only one should live to attain that age I
Give the Same to that one only Item I Give unto my said Granddaughter Anna Flacke all the Linnen
I shall leave in a Chest of Drawers in my now dwelling house in Wivenhoe aforesaid with a paper
in the same describing the particulars thereof Also I Give unto the said Anna Flacke my Great Silver

Tankard a Silver Salver a Silver Porringer and four Silver Spoons Item I give unto my Grandaughter
Mary Flacke one Silver Cann one Silver Porringer and one Silver Spoon Item I Give unto my Grandson
William Flacke one Silver Tankard one Silver Salver one Silver Cann one Silver Porringer and two Silver
Spoons Item I Give unto my Grandson John Flacke one Silver Porringer and one Silver Salver and
two Silver Spoons All the remaining plate I have I give to my son in law Horace Flacke their
father and do likewise Give him the use of the several pieces of plate I have hereby Given to his
Children until they Severally attain their Respective ages of Twenty one years when I direct the
Same may be respectively delivered Item I Give all my household Goods & Furniture now Standing
Being in my dwelling house unto the said Horace Flacke (Except the furniture which shall be in the room used as my own room which I give unto my granddaughter Anne Flacke at her age of twenty one years) provided he makes no Charge upon any of
his Children by the said Mary Flacke my daughter for cloathing board maintenance or education at their
respective ages of Twenty one years and if he should I direct that all the said household & furniture hereby
given him may be appraised & sold and the money equally divided as aforesaid amongst my said grand
Children Item I give to Samuell the son of Samuell Flacke by Ann his wife late Ann
Taylor a Silver Cup & two Silver Spoons Item It is my will to be buried in Linen and I do hereby
direct my Son in Law Horace Flacke to order it accordingly and nominate & appoint him
Sole Executor of this my Will  All the rest & residue of my Estate after payment of my Funerall
Charges and charges of proving this my will I Give to be equally divided amongst my Grandchildren
In manner & form aforesaid and hereby revoaking all former & other wills by me made I declare
This to be & contain my last In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand & seal this
