In the name of god Amen the second
day of March in the first year of the Rayn of
our Sovarin Ladday Queen Anne by the grase of god
Queen of England Scottland & France & Ireland Quen defender
of the fayth the Anno dom 1702 I Jno Abill of Wivinho
in the County of Essex yeoman being weak in boddey but of
a sound and parfeit disposing mind & Memorey god be
praised I doe make & order this to be my last will and
testament in manner & forme as following first I bequeth
my soull into the hands of allmitty god hooping thorow
the Merittes & death & passion of my saiviour Jesus Christ
to have full & free pardon & forgiveness of all my sins and to
inherit everlasting life & my boddey I comet to the earth
desantly buried at the descression of my Exsetter hereafter
named & as to touching the disposing of all such temporall
Estate as it hath pleasid god to be tow upon me I give & dispos
therof of followith Item I will that my depts & funarall Charge
shall be payd & dischargid Item I give [Edecis?] & bequet unto my
granchild Thomas Cleford all my Coppeyhould lands & tenments
with the littell ground joyning too it which is free hould Commonly
calid sages ground lying & being in wivenho & to his hayers for
ever Itt I give & bequeve all them two feelds to my grand
daffe Dinney Garod (& her hayers for ever) Comonly Colid & Known by the name of Sages
grond lying & being part of them we grinsted & part in wivenho
Joyning to the Rod Leaving from Colchester to Elmstid which are
free hould & further & I give to my grandatter diney the som of
four pounds to be payd by my Exsetter hereafter named two
yers after my deseas & Itt I give & Bequeatve all my goods
& Chattells what ones within doors & without to my exsetter
hereafter named & make and order my Loving granson
