This is the Last Will and Testament
of me James Jinkins of the Beer House near
the Ship Yard Wivenhoe near Colchester Essex
Mariner.  I give devise and bequeath to
my beloved Wife Sarah Ann all my
Household Furniture and Effects both Real
and Personal of every description whatever
for her own absolute use and benefit
I give devise and bequeath to my beloved Wife
Sarah Ann my Fishing and Dredging Smack
Countess of the Port of Colchester together with
all her boats Nets Stores and Materials of
every description whatever for her own absolute
use and Benefit And I nominate appoint
and constitute my beloved Wife Sarah Ann
my Sole Executrix to this my Last Will and
Testament And revoking all former Wills I
declare this to be my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set
my hand this 5^th day of October in the
year of our lord one thousand eight hundred
And fifty two

Sarah Ann Jenkins the Executrix within named was
sworn to the truth of this will and to the due performance
thereof and that to the best of her knowledge and belief
the goods chattels and credits of the deceased do
not amount to the sum of two hundred pounds

The Testator died in the
parish of Wivenhoe in the
County of Essex the 7^th day
of October 1852

Proved on the 29^th day of June 1853 before the Reverend Mishach
Seaman D D clerk Surrogate &c by the oath of Sarah Ann
Jinkins the Widow and sole Executrix to whom admon &c
was granted she being first sworn duly to administer
