This is the last Will and Testament of
Me Samuel Tracy of Wivenhoe Essex
Relieveing Officer of sound mind First I Direct that my Dear
Wife be paid by installments all the money
which may arise from any of my
property, that is to say one W Hundred
Pounds from the sale of two tenements
now in the hands of Mr Daniels Solicitor
likewise all my Household furniture &
I Hereby Revoke all former Wills
Subject to and after payment
Of my just and Depts Funeral
And Testimentary En Expenses are paid
This to be my last will and testament in
Witness where whereof I have hereunto
Set my hand and seal this 19th Day of June one
Thousand eight and thirty nine

As and for his last will
And testament in the presences of us
Who in his presence at his request
And in in the of each others presence have subscribed
Our names as Witnesses

On the tenth day of August 1839 issued forth a
Commission to Elizabeth Tracey the lawful widow and
Relict named in the last will and testament of
Samuel tracey late of the Parish of Wivenhoe in the
Co: of Essex deceased to administer the Goods Chattels and
Chattels Credits of the said deceased with his said Will
Annexed according to the tenor and effect thereof she
Being first sworn duly to admr (no Executor or Executrix
Having been appointed by the said Will)
