565. Elizabeth HORNE of Wivenhoe, Widow, 1837. D/ACW 43/3/4

I Elizabeth Horne Widow
residing in the parish of Wivenhoe,
in the county of Essex, do make this
my last will and Testament.
First I commend my soul to Almighty
God and to his mercy through Jesus
Christ.  Next I desire that all my
lawful debts be paid and that my
body be decently buried and the Funeral
Expenses be defrayed out of such
Property as I may leave behind me
And lastly I will that whatever
I may die possessed of after defraying
Such debts and expenses shall
Be given to John Howling and
To Ann Howling – including as well
Both whatever money I may leave
In the savings Bank in Colchester or
Elsewhere and also my household goods
And furniture – to be for the use and
benefit of the said John and
Ann Howling – And I appoint
The said Ann Howling and Ann
Howling daughter of the above, my
Executors to see that this my last will
Is duly performed Witness my hand
This twenty fourth day of January
In the year of our Lord – one thousand
Eight Hundred & thirty seven
