I Mary Westerbane
of Wivenhoe in the County of Essex Widow do make my last
Will and Testament in manner and Form following that is to say
I give him bequeath to my dear Daughter Ann Wallis my large
China Bowl and Cover and my Gare? Stone and Case All the
Rest and Residue of my personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever
and all the Right share in any Houses likewise or my clothes Linen

Linen plate Household Goods and everything that is mine I
give and bequeath unto my dear Daughter Mary Edwards
whom I make sole Executrix of this my Will and declare this to
be and contained my last in witness whereof I the said Mary
Westerbane have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this thirtieth
day of July 1755 – Mary Westerbane – Jno Forber – the Mark
of Elizabeth Horne

I give and bequeath to my Daughter Ann Wallis twenty
pounds to be paid her by my above Executrix Mary Edwards
for Mourning for herself and Husband and I likewise give to
my Granddaughter Mary Wallis if she lives to the age of
twenty one years fifty pounds to be paid her by my said Executrix
and I give to my Grandson Josiah Wallis if he lives to the age
of twenty one years fifty pounds to be paid him by my Executrix
Mary Edwards as witness my Hand Mary Westerbane the 6 of
August 1766

This Will was proved at London with Codicil on
on the thirtieth day of March in the year of our lord one thousand
seven hundred and sixty seven before the worshipful Andrew
Coltee Duravel Doctor and Laws and Surrogate of the Right
worshipful George Hay also Doctor of laws Master Keeper or
Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully
constituted by the oath of Mary Edwards Widow the Daughter
of the said Deceased and sole Executrix named in the said Will
to whom administration of the Goods Chattels and Credits
of the said Deceased was granted she having been first sworn
Duly to administer Exd.
