417. Mary DUNN of Wivenhoe, Widow, 1743. PROB 11/728/473

I Mary Dunn of Wivenhoe in the County of Essex
Widow Do make my last will and testament in manner and form
Following (that is to say) I give and bequeath unto my daughter
Elizabeth Davison the sum of one hundred pounds to be paid her
within twelve months after my decease and to my daughter Sarah
Pearson Widow the sume of one hundred pounds to be paid her
within twelve months after my decease and I further give the sume of
one hundred pounds to be equally divided between the children of
my Daughter Luffe Deceased to be paid as aforesaid Item I further
give and bequeath ten pounds apeice to all my GrandDaughters to
be paid within Twelve Months after my Decease Item I give and
bequeath my plate my Linnen my Cloathes and my Household
Goods to be divided into four parts as equal value as possible
and one fourth I give to my Daughter Davison another Fourth to
my Daughter Pearson another fourth to my Daughter Mary
Westerbane and the other fourth to be equally divided between my
Two GrandDaughters Jane Luffe and Mirabelle Luffe all the rest
and residue of my personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever I
give and bequeath unto my said Daughter Mary Westerbane whom
I make Sole Executrix of this my Will can revoking all others by me
Made I declare this to be and contain my last Will and Testament
whereof I the said Mary Dunn have hereunto set my hand and
Seal this Twenty fifth Day of May in the sixteenth year of the Reign
