546. Alice FROST of Wivenhoe, Widow, 1819. D/ACW 40/2/5

In the Name of God Amen’ I Alice
Frost of Wivenhoe in the County of Essex Widow do
make this my last will and Testament in manner
following (that is to say), First I give and bequeath
to my eldest Son James Frost the sum of Fifty pounds.
of lawful Money to be paid to or retained by him
out of my personal Estate and Effects, And after
payment of all my just Debts my funeral Expences,
the Charges of proving and attending the execution of
I this my will and other incidental expences I give
and bequeath All the rest reside and remainder
of my personal Estate and Effect the Leases of my
Farms and all other my property whatsoever
and wheresoever and of what nature or kind
whatsoever unto my two Sons the said James Frost
and my youngest Son Micaiah Frost to be equally
divided between them share and share alike, and I
do hereby nominate and appoint my said two sons
Executors of this my will In witness whereof I
have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this First.
day of June in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight
hundred and sixteen

the presence of us, who in her presence
at her request and in the presence of
each other have here to subscribed

thereof; & that to the best of his knowledge
and belief, the amount of
Chaltles, & Credits of the said deceas’d

pounds

Wivenhoe
Proved on the 27th day of March in the Year of
our Lord 1819 before the Revd Richard Hoblyn
Clk Surrog &c by the Oath of James Frost the
Son and one of the Executors to whom Admn &c
was granted he being first Sworn duly to admr
Power being reserved of making the like Grant
to Micaiah Frost another son & the other
Extor when he shall lawfully apply for the same
