In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Bullen of Wivenhoe
In the County of Essex Yeoman being Sick and weak of Body but of
Sound and perfect Memory at the sealing hereof do this sixth Day of
February in the tear of our Lord one Thousand Seven hundred Fourty one make
And ordain this my Last Will and Testament in Manner and form following
First I Commend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God, who Gave it me
And my Body I Commend to the Earth to be Decently Buried at the Discretion
Of my Executors herein after named and as Touching Such wordly Estate as
It has pleased God to Bless me with I do Dipose thereof as followeth
I do hereby order all my Just Debts, Funeral Charges and the probate of this
my Last Will and Testament to be first paid and Discharged and all that
remain over and above of paying my said Debts and funeral Charges I do Give
and bequeath unto my Loving Daughter Elizabeth Till and I do hereby
Nominate and appoint my Son in Law Hugh Till to be Executor of this my
Last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills testaments
Legacies and Executors heretofore made ratifying and Confirming this to be
And Contain my Last Will and testament In witness whereof the
Testator above named have here unto set his hand and seal this day and
year above written.
