355. George BROWELL of Wivenhoe, Mariner, 1719.  D/ACW 25/118

In the name of God Amen I George Browell of Wivenhoe in the County
of Essex Marriner being very weak of body butt of Perfect Memory do: make Constitute
ordaine and declare this my last will and testament in Manner and form following
Item I Give and bequeath unto My Loving Daughter Deborah Clark all that my Dwelling
house I now Live in and to her heirs absolutely and for ever. Item I Give (& bequeath) all that
my Eight part of that Good vessell Called the Richard and Samuell with the appurtenances
there unto belonging Equally to be Divided between my two sons in Law Richard Martin
and George Clark Item I Give and bequeath unto my three daughters Equally
to be divided amongst them share and share alike (viz) My Daughter Deborah Clark
Elizabeth Martin And Ann Clark all my houshold Goods Linen plate and ready
Money and Debts whatsoever that shall be owing or Due to me at my Decease to be
Equally Divided among My three Daughters as above specified and I do hereby make
and ordaine my Loving Daughter Deborah Clark Executrix of this my Last will and
Testament and & I do hereby Revoke and make void all other wills Testaments
and bequeasts by me formerly made and do hereby Declare this to be my last will
In Witness, whereof I have here unto sett my hand and seal this fifth Day
of January in the sixth year of the Reign of our Sovereige Lord George by
the Grace of god of Great Brittain France and Ireland King Defender
