349. John UNTHINK of Wivenhoe, Mariner, 1715. D/ACW 24/188

In the name of God Amen I John Unthink
of Wivenhoe in the County of Essex Mariner do make declare and
ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner following My Soul
I commit to Almighty God and my body to Christian burial and as to
my Worldly Goods it hath pleased God to bless me with I do in the
first place give and bequeath unto my Daughter Hannah Martin
the Wife of George Martin and unto her heirs for ever all my
real Estate of Lands and Tenements whether Freehold or Coppy
situate lying or being in Colchester St. Osyth Tolesbury or
any other place or places whatsoever Item I give and bequeth
to my Cosins Elizabeth and Isabel Bodkin each the sum of
ten pounds to Richard and Elizabeth Perry each the sum of
Five pounds to the Five Children of John Perry late deceased
each the sum of twenty shillings and to twenty such poor
Families of the Parish of Wivenhoe as my Executrix shall
think fit to appoint each the sum of Twenty shillings
all which sums thus bequeathed and given to be paid
within three Months after my delease and all the rest
of my personal Estate I give unto my forenamed Daugh
ter Hannah Martin whom I nominate and appoint
my sole Executrix So revoking all former Wills I declare
this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
Thirty First day of May Anno Dom. 1714.
