Anthony Rouier of Wivenhoe in the County of Essex Yeoman Being Sick
And Ill But & thanks be to God of A Sound Disposing Mind and
Memory Doo Make and ordain this my Last Will and testament in
Manner Following Renouncing all Wills By me formely Made
Imprimis I Commit my soule into the hands of almighty God who have
itt hoping through the merits of my ever Blessed Saviour Jesus Christ
to inherit eternall Life and as touching that Temporall Estate Which God
in his Great Mercy have Bestowed upon me I dispose thereof as followeth
Item I give and Bequeath to My Brother William Rourier six
pounds and tenn Shillings to Be payd By my Executors hereafter
named within twelve month after my decease Item I Give
or my Cinsman Anthony [?] one shilling to the payd by my
Executrix Item I give to my Cinsman Peter [?] one shilling to be
payed by my Executrix and of any of My pretended Cindred? should
make any Clayme to any thing other I shall Leave my Will is
that Mr Executrix should pay them & every one of them one shilling
Item all the Reest and Residewe of my Goods and Chatalls within
Dors and Without Withall Bills Bonds and Debts and Whatsoever I have
In England After My Debts and Funerall Charges are payed and Dishchargd
I Give and dispose of to Mr Wellbeloved Wife Juddy Rourier
But if my wife should Marey Before I shall have bene Deceased one
year then my will is that the Aforesaid six pounds and tenn Shilling
that I have Gave my Brother William Rourier should be payed
the same day that my wife shall Marey by my Executrix
hearafter named and I Doo Nominate and Apoynt my wellbeloved
Wife hole and sole Executrix Renouncing all wil[l]s by me
Formeley made In Witnes wherof I have hereunto set my hand
And Seale this Twenty First Day of Augst In the Second yeare
