400. Margery DURRELL, of Wivenhoe, Widow, 1734. D/ACW 28/1/33

I Margery Durrell of Wivenhoe in the County of Essex
Widow do make my last will and Testament in manner and
Form following (that is to say) First I Give devise & bequeath
all my messuages lands Tenements & hereditements with their
appurtences scituate lying & being in Stratford in the County of Suffolk and
also one moiety or halfe part of all that messuage or Tenement
with the Key wharf & appurtenances thereto belonging lying in
Wivenhoe in the County of Essex late in the occupation of Edward
Feedam
his assignee assignees or undertenents unto my daughter
Margery Durrell and the heires of her body lawfully to be begotten
and for want of such issue to my own right heirs forever
Item I Give devise & bequeath all that my messuage with the lands
hereditaments & appertences thereto belonging situate lying & being
in Alresford in the said county of Essex unto my said daughter
Margery Durrell & my son John Durrell and their heires forever
Equally to be divided between them as Tenants in comon & not as
Joynt Tenants Item I Give & devise & bequeath unto the said John
Durrell
& his heires forever all that Messuage Tenement with
the hereditaments & appurtences Scituate in the parish of St. Leonard
in Colchester and now in the occupation of Peter Johnson or his
assignes Item I Give & bequeath all my household Goods plate
Linnen & wearing apparel of what sort or kind soever unto
unto my said Daughter Margery Durrell and all my ready money
& rent in arrears I Give to be Equally divided between my three
Children Robert Durrell John Durrell & Margery Durrell share
& share alike Lastly I do nominate & appoint my sister
Leah Feedam & my said daughter Margery Durrell to be
Executrixes of this my will and revoaking all others I declare
This to be & contain my last In witness whereof I have
Hereunto sett my hand & seal this Twenty Seventh day of
July in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred
& thirty three.
