387. James HENEY of Wivenhoe, Victualler, 1731. D/ACW 27/3/46

In the Name of God Amen I James Heney of Wivenhoe
In the County of Essex Victualler being Sick and weak of Body but
Of perfect memory at the sealing hereof do this twentieth Day of
October one thousand seven hundred thirty one
Do make and ordaine this my last Will and Testament
In manner and form following firstI commend my soul into
The hands of Almighty God and my body to be Buryed in a Decent
manner at the Discretion of my executors herein after named
Imprimis I do hereby order and ordain that all my Just
Debts and funeral charges be first paid and discharged out
of my Goods and Chattles and Debts which shall be due and owing
to me at the time of my decease and what remain over and
above of paying my Just Debts and funeral charges I devise
and Bequeath to be equally parted Between Elizabeth my
Loving wife and my Daughter Elizabeth Heney and after
my wives Decease her part and share to my said Daughter
My friend Peter Robinson of Wivenhoe aforesaid Common Brewer
and Elizabeth Heney my Loving wife to be Executor and
Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament  In witness
Whereof I the said James Heney the Testator have hereunto
Sett my hand and seal the Day and year above written
