In the name of God Amen this Tenth day of Aprill
in the Thirteenth year of the Reign of Our sovr Lady Queen Anne
of great Brittaine & defender of the faith Anno Dom 1714
I Sarah Harvey of Wivenhoe in the County of Essex spinster
being sick and weak in Body but of sound and perfect mind
and Memory praise be given to Almighty God For the same
and knowing the Incertainty of this Life on Earth and being
desierous to settle things in Order do make this my Last will
and Testamt in Manner and form Following that it to say
first and principally I Commend my soul to Almighty
God my Creator Assuredly Believing that I shall receive
full pardon and free Remmission of my sins and to be
saved by the precious Death and Merrits of my blessed
Saviour and Redeemer Christ Jesus and my body to the
Earth from whence it was taken to be Buried in such decent
and Christian Manner as to my Executrix here after Named
shall be thought Meet and convenient and as touching
such worldly estate goods Money & Chattles as the Lord in
Mercey hath lent me my will and Meaning is the same
shall be Imployed and bestowed as herein after by this
my will is Expressed that is to say all and singular my estate
Mortguages Bills Bonds sume and sumes of money whatsoever
wherewith at the time of my decease I shall be possesed or
Invested or which shall then belong or of Right appertaine
unto me I do give devise and bequeath unto my Loving Mother
Millisen Turner to use do and dispose of as she shall see fit and
convenient and my will is I that In case my Mother should depart
this life and Leave any my Money Bonds or Mortguages then
she shall make a will and give and dispose of the same unto
my kindred that shall be then Living as she shall see fit and
convenient and of this my will I make and Ordaine my Loving
Mother Millisen Turner my whole and sole Executrix Revoakeing
& make void all Other wills Legecies & bequests by me formerly
Made and this only to be my Last will and Testament In Witness
whereof y sd Sarah Harvey have here unto sett her hand & seale the
day and year First above Written
