386. William HARRINGTON of Wivenhoe, Mariner, 1730. D/ACW 27/3/16

In the name of God Amen
I William Harrington of Wivenhoe in the County
of Essex, Mariner being in perfect health and memory at
the sealing hereof, do the sixth Day of May in the thirteenth
year of the Reign of our (Sover) Lord George of great Britain, France
and Ireland, King Defender:  of the faith Anno Dom 1727:
do make constitute and ordain this my last Will and Testament.
In manner and form following.  Item I give devise and
Bequeath unto Mary my loving Wife, all my Goods, Chattles, Stock
ready money, Debts, plate, Linnen, and all my parts of shipping
whatsoever and wheresoever that shall belong or in any wise appertain
unto me at the time of my Decease, she paying and discharging
all my Debts, and funeral Charges out of the same, and do
hereby make void all former Wills, Testaments , Gifts Legacies and
Exectors heretofore made ratifying and Confirming this and none
Other:  And I do hereby Constitute and appoint Mary my said
Wife to be Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I the said William Harrington the Testator
have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first above
Written

And declared by the said William
Harrington the Testator to be his
