In the name of God Amen. I Mary Mush wife of Henry
Mush of Wivenhoe in the County of Essex Seafaring man by virtue
of a bond given to me before marriage by my said Husband Henry Mush
Doe make and declare this my last will and testament in manner and
forme following (That is to say) Firsst I bequeath my soul into the
hands of Almighty God my Creator hoping to be saved through the
alone merits of my saviour Jesus Christ and my body to the
Earth to be decently buried according to the discretion of my Executor
hereafter nominated Item I give & bequeath unto my said Loving
Husband one Boat or Skiff which I lately bought of John Peck
of Wivenhoe Boatbuilder with all the appurtenances whatsoever to the
said Boat or Skiff belonging to him and his Heires for ever presently
after my decease Item I give and bequeath unto my loving husband
One Feather Bed with all the furniture belonging as it now stands
in the Chamber And one Sea Bed Rug & Pillow to him & his Heires
for ever Item I give and bequeath unto my said loving husband
the Box as it now stands in the lower Roome with all that therein
is (that is to say) in the said Box to him & his Heires for ever Item
I give & bequeath to Sarah Castby my Philip & China Petticoat presently
after my decease Item I give and bequeath to my brother Goodwin and
Sister Goodwin and to all my Grandchildren one shilling apiece
presently after my decease and lastly I doe make and ordaine my
said Loving Husband Henry Mush Sole Executor of this my last will
revoaking all other wills I doe ordaine this my last In witness
whereof I have to this my last will set my hand & seale this
Fiffth day of Aprill
