In the Name of God Amen
I Giles Wigginor of Wivenhoe in the County of Essex
Mariner doe make and ordain this my last Will and Testament
Imprimis I commend my soul into the hands of Almighty God
and my Body to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion
of my Executrix hereafter mentioned and as to my worldly Estate

I make this following disposition Item I give and devise unto
Mary my loving Wife and her Heirs for ever all my
Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments whatsoever
and wheresoever whether Copyhold or Freehold and also I give
unto her all my personall Estate whatsoever and doe make my
said Wife sole Executrix hereof and revoking all other Wills
declare it to be my last In Witness whereof I have hereto set my
hand and seal the nineteenth day of October in the third year of
the Reign of our Sovereign Lady ann Queen of England &c Annoq
