364. Elizabeth DECKER of Wivenhoe, Widow. 1723 D/ACW 26/2/34

In the name of God Amen I Elizabeth Decker
of Wivenhoe in the County of Essex widdow being Sick and
weak but of Sound and Perfect memory at the Sealing of these
presents, do the Sixteenth Day of July in the Ninth year
of the Reign of Our Sovern Lord of great Brittain
France and Ireland King Defender of the faith & anno
Dom  1723:  Make and ordain this my last will & testament
In Manner and form following, Item I give unto my
Daughter Mary Decker one feaher bed two bolstors two blankets
The bedstead and hangings (a pair of drawers) one boyler one kettle;  two large pewter
dishes:  Item I give unto my Son Fredrick Decker my great
Kettle; And all the rest of my Houshold Goods to be Equally
parted among all my Children Share and Share alike
Item I do hereby Devise and Bequeath all My Copyhold
Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments whatsoever, holden of
the Mannor of Brightelsea and the Mannor of Thurrington
in the County of Essex to be sold by my Executrix for the best
price she Can gett, and the money thereof (my Executix first paying
and Discharging my Debts and funeral charges out of the same as
remainder thereof) I give to be Equally parted among all my Children
And of this my Last Will and Testament I do Constitue make and
ordain my Loving Daughter Mary Decker to be Executrix
And I do hereby make void all other former Wills Tetaments: hereto for
made Rattifying and Confirming this and none other. In Witness
whereof I have here unto Set my hand and Seal the day (and year) first above written
