533. Thomas SCOTT of Wivenhoe, Sawyer, 1805. D/ACW 38/1/13 

This is the last Will and Testament of the Thomas Scott of Wivenhove in
the County of Essex Sawyer which I being infirm in bodily health, but in the fate
possession of my Faculties, do make and ordain in manner follow, that is to say,
From and after or subject and little to the payment and discharge of all in
Debts of every description, my funesal expences and the charges attending the
proving and executing this my will I give advise and bequeath unto my
Brothor Edmund Scott of Fordham in the said County Farmer All And Every-
my Real Estate and personae property of every kind and sort whatsoever and
wheresoover To hold the same Estate, both real and personers, and every
part thereof unto him my said Brother Edmund Scott his heirs, Executor
and Administrators absolutely, for his and their own and absolute use and
benofit and to be at his and their own absolutie disposa and I hereby
make and appoint him my said Brother soll Executor of this my Will
and hozeby working all Wills by me at any time heretofore made I
declare this only to be and contain my last Will, kind and Intention
In Witness whereof I the said Testator Thomas Scott have to this my
last Will and Testament conteined in one Street of ampor written on one
side only, not my hand and seal this third day of September in the forty
fourth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third, by the
grace of God of the united Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland King,
Defender of the faith and in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight
lumered and four.
