In the Name of God Amen I William King
of Wivenhoe in the County of Essex Shipwright do the fifteenth
Day of May in the ninth year of the Reign of our sovereign
Lord George of great Brittain France and Ireland King defendor
of the faith annoqs Dom 1723
Make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in Mannor
and form following Item I do hereby order my Debts and-
funeral Charges to be paid and Sattisfied so far as my Assetts will
Amount to and after my said Debts and funeral Charges are
paid the Residue thereof if any thing be over and above
give two third thereof unto my Son William King and the other third
part there of I give unto my Daughter Hannah King and I do
hereby make void all former Wills Testaments Legacyes and Executors
Before made Rattifying and Confirming this and None other to be
My Last Will and Testament:  And I do Constitute and ordain My
Loving friend Henry Walker of Colchester in the County of Essex
Merchant to be Executor of this my Last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I have hereunto Sett my hand and Seal the
Day and year first above Written

be his Last Will and Testament in the presence of
Memorandam beford the sealing hereof the said
William King give into Hennry Walker Mercht for
Executing me office of an Executor two Guinneas
