542. Jacob FROST of Wivenhoe, Farmer, 1816. D/ACW 39/6/9

In the Name of God Amen I Jacob Frost of the
parish of Wivenhoe in the County of Essex Farmer do
make and Ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner
and form following (that is to say) First I Nominate Constitute
and appoint my Loving Wife Alice Frost sole Executrix of
this my Last Will after payment of all my just Debts
Funeral Charges and Charge of proving this my Will
I give and bequeath to my well beloved Wife Alice Frost
aforesaid all and every my personal Estate and Effects
to Wit all and every my Impliments of Husbandry and
all my Stock and Stores in my Trade and Business of a
Farmer and all my Household goods and Furniture
plate Linnen Book Debts Bonds Bills of every kind
and Nature whatsoever and wheresoever and also the
Lease of my Farm that I now Ocoupy Situate and
Lying in the parish of Wivenhoe aforesaid commonly
called or known by the Name of Blossoms Wood and
all and every the Effect that I am possessed of at my
Discease I give and bequeath as aforesaid unto my said
Loving wife Alice Frost as her own proper Goods and Effects
and revoking all other Wills by me before made I declare
this to be and contain my Last Will In Witness whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Eight day of
May one Thousand seven hundred and Ninety

Jacob Frost as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us and
by us attested in his presence &

Frost the widow and Relict and sole Executrix
named in the within will of Jacob Frost her
late Husband and made oath to the Truth
and due execution thereof.

Proved on the eighteenth Day of May in the
Year of our Lord 1816 before the Revd. Richard Hoblyn Clerk
Surrogate &c by the oaths of Alice Frost Widow of the decd. & sole
Executrix to whom admion &c was granted on the twenty third
Day of the same month sthey being first sworn
duly to administer.
