yett praysed be god in perfecte memory doe make
this my last will & Testament Revoakein all others
as in manner & forme Followeing
My soule I Render in to the hands of God in my
Creator & Jesus Crist my most mortifull Redemor
& my body to be disposed in Cristan Burall at the
decrestion of my Exequitor hearafter mentioned
my personall goods & houshould stufe in manner & forme following
Imprimis I give & Bequeath unto John Wosten one feather bead
now at my Brother Normans with Ruge Blankitts pillows
Boulsters & one seade Band with a Ruge Blankitts & pillows, as
all soe one payer of Coale Racks & one silver spoone now in
The posestion of Mrs Tylor of Wifnowe
Item I geve & Bequeath unto Elizabeth Wosten one Feather Bead
with A Bead stadele with charge Curtanes & vallants
with A Ruge Blankets pillows & Boulsters, & one chist of
drawers now in the posestion of Mrs Tylor & one Brase
morter & pestell
Item I geve & Bequeath unto the s[ai]d Elizabeth Wosten all my wareing
Aparell & wareing lining, & all my Childhead Lining
now in the Chist of drawers now at Mr Tylors and one Looking
Glase in the same Chist of Drawers
Item I geve & Bequeath unto the said Elizabeth woster the other
sillver spoone now in the posestion of mrs Tylor & allsoe
a Gould Ring
Item I geve & Bequeath All the rest of my houshold stufe
& Lining to be equally devided between the said John & Elizabeth
Wosten exept halfe a dosen of Clouths of diposed as
here after
I geve & Bequeath unto Richard Clarke of Framlingham in
Suff if he com to demand it one small feather Bead
Item I geve & Bequeath unto Mary the wife of John Leach halfe a dosen
of diner Clouts & to Mary his dauter of one Sillver
Knobed Spoone
Item I geve & bequeath forty shilling to be given to poer people
whom my Exeqitor shall thinke fitt
Item I geve & bequeath unto my Brother John Norman Tenn

Item I geve & bequeath all the Rest of my mony After my
Funerall be discharged & my debts payed unto the
Say affoersayed John & Elizabeth woster to be equally
Devided & my mind & will is that if eayther the said John or
Elizabeth Shall desese befoer the whole or any part
of my goods or mony be devided that then the survivoure
of eayther of them shall ?  the whole or the
Parte undivided
But my minde & will is that the s[ai]d John woster
Shall have his dividend of my goods and mony three
months after my Desese But my mind & will is that
the sayed Eliazabeth have the Best of my Lining & mony
at such times & in such manner as my Exequitor shall
Thinke best fitting
& Last of all I doe Ordaine an[d] appointe my Loveing
Brother John Norman to be my whole & sole Executor of
this my Last will & Testament sealed & delivered
this twenth day of November One thousand Six hundred
