In the Name of God Amen
I Nicholas Corsellis of Wivenhoe in the County of Essex
Esq[ui]r[e] being of sound mind and memory praised be God for the
same Do make this my last Will and Testament as for my
Soul I willingly resign it into the hands of God that gave it
as to my Body I desire it may be privately interred within 20
Miles of most from the place where I shall dye at the discretion
of my Executor Mourning to be given to my Wife Brother and
Sister Taylor Lady Lewin Cousin Marmaduke Rawdon Niece

Walwin and Niece Ann Rawlinson Nephew Richard Taylor To all
my Nephews and Nieces a ring All the rest and residue of my reall
and Personal Estate I give and devise in manner and Form
following Imp[rimi]s I confirm my wifes joynture  Item I give to her the
use of all my Goods at Layer Marney during her Life  Item I give
to her her Diamond Necklace and Twilight of Plate and One
hundred Guineas  Item I confirm to my Daughter Elizabeth my Estates
at Walton Little Holland and Tollesbury which were conveyed to her
and her heirs in my life time in full Satisfaction of all Debts and
Legacys due to her from me and the uttermost I could give her
without wrong to my Son On Condition She gives her Brother a
General Release  Item I give to her Mourning only All the rest
and residue of my reall and personal Estate of what Nature or
kind soever I give to my Son Nicholas Corsellis and his heirs
forever And I do hereby make my said Son Sole Executor of this
my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void
all former and other Wills and Testaments by me heretofore
made and I do publish and declare this to be my last Will and
Testament is 24th day of August 1727 Nic: Corsellis Signed

This Will was proved at London the thirtyeth day
of April in the year of Our Lord One thousand Seven hundred
and thirty nine before the Worshipfull Robert Chapman Doctor of Laws
Surrogate the Right Worshipfull John Bettesworth Doctor of Laws
Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury
lawfully constituted By the Oath of Nicholas Corsellis Esq[ui]r[e] the Son
and Sole Executor in the said Will named to whom administration was
granted of all and Singular the Goods Chattels and Creditts of the said
deceased being Sworn duly to Administer. Exd
