396. John TABER of Wivenhoe, Oyster Dredger, 1732. D/ACW 27/5/4

In the Name of God Amen I John Taber of Wivenhoe in the County of Essex Oyster Dredger,
Being of Sound Dispossing mind & memory praised be God for the same Doe make this my
Last Wll and Testament in Manner and Forme Following (that is to say) First I resigne
my Soul into the hands of Almighty God hoping to have Remission for all my Sins and my
Body to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executors hereafter named
And as to such Estate as God has bestowed upon me I Give and Dispose thereof as
Followeth Item I Give and Bequeath unto my son in Law William Taber of Brightlingsea
Oyster Dredger and my Son in Law Isaac Decker of Wivenhoe aforesaid Marriner all
that my Vessel Oyster Layings and all other my Goods Effects and Chattels whatsoever
to be equally Divided between them Share and Share alike upon condition they pay
all my just Debts and Funeral Charges And I doe hereby nominate and appoint
the said William Taber & Isaac Decker Executors of this my last Will & Testament
In Witness Whereof I have to this my Will Sett my hand and Seale this Eighteenth
Day of January in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven Hundred & Thirty Two
