In the Name of God Amen
I Jemmia Battrum Widow of Wivenha. Near Colchester
in the County of Essex being of a sound and Diposing
Mind and understaning hearby do make void all
Former Wills and Testemts do now Make this my
Last Will and Testament as Following I give
and bequeth to My Dear Cousin Ann Nash
Widow Cooper of Maldon in the County of Essex
all my property with In trust thereupon now in
the hands of Mr Benjamin Sanford of Wivenhoe
in the said County and all my Goods Chattels &
Wareing Apparell and I do Appoint William Nash
Cooper of Malden in the said County Excetor to
this my last Will and Testament In Witness
wareof I the said Jemma Battrum do now set my
hand this 27th Day of July in the Year of our Lord
