555. Sophia WAYNMAN of Wivenhoe, Spinster, 1827. PROB 11/1730/8

This is the last will and testament of me Sophia
Waynman of Wivenhoe in the County of Essex Spinster being of sound mind
memory and understanding I give and bequeath to my sister Mrs Alice Black the
sum of fifty pounds of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid to her at the end of
twelve months next after my decease I give and bequeath under my sister Mrs
Elizabeth Arthur all my cloaths Linen China and household furniture which
I may have at the time of my decease and I do direct and order that my said sister
Elizabeth Archer shall have the care ordering and management of my funeral and
no one else and I do hereby desire am I executor here and after name to see
Me placed in the same Grave with my dear Father and Mother in the Church Yard
of the parish of Saint Botolph in Colchester and after payment of all my just debts
my funeral expenses and the charges of proving and the executing this my will I give
and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my personal Estate and Effects
unto my brother James Blythe Waynman my brother William Waynman and my
sister Elizabeth Archer in equal parts shares and proportions and I do appoint my
said sister Elizabeth Archer and my brother James Blythe Waynman to be
Executors of this my Will and hereby revokeing all former and other wills by me
heretofore made I do declare this to be my last In witness where of I the said
Sophia Waynman have hereunto set my hand and seal the fourth day of December
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty two Sophia Waynman
Signed Sealed published and declared by the said testator Sophia Waynman as
and for her last will a Testament in the presence of us who in her presence at
her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto set and subscribed
our names as Witnesses Sarah C Strutt Benj Strutt

Proved at London the 11th of August 1827 before the Judge by the oaths of Elizabeth
Archer (wife of Joseph Clarke Archer) the sister & James Blythe Waynman
the brother the Executors to whom adm[inistrati]on was granted being first sworn by Common
duly to Adm[iniste]r
