The last Will and Testament
of Robert Durrell of Wivehoe in the County of Essex Marriner
made the First day of July in the First yeare of the Reigne of our
Sovereigne Lord George the Second by the Grace of God of Great
Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith &c Annoq
Dom One Thousand Seven hundred and twenty seven as Followeth
Imprimis I give and bequeath my Soul into the hands of Almighty
God hoping through the Merrits of my blessed Lord and saviour
Jesus Christ to obtain everlasting Life and my body I commit to the
Earth to be decently buryed at the discretion of my Executrix hereafter
named Item I give and bequeath unto my loveing wife Margery
Durrell All my Copyhold Messuages Lands Tenements & Hereditaments
whatsoever Scituate lyeing and being in the Parish of Figringhoe
And all my Copyhold and Freehold Messuages Lands Tenements
and Hereditaments whatsoever or wheresoever Scituate lying
or being And also All my Goods Chattells ready money and
personall Estate whatsoever and wheresoever being she paying
my debts Funeral Charges and probate of this my Will And I
do hereby make my said loveing wife full and sole Executrix of
this my last Will and Testament thus revoking all other Wills by
me formerly made I do hereby publish and declare this to be my
last will and testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett
my hand and Seale and have published and declared the same to
be my last Will and testament the day and year first above
