513. Ann PRICE of Wivenhoe, Widow, 1794. PROB 11/1245/126

In the Name of God Amen
I Ann Price now residing with Mrs Mary Rebow
of the parish of Wivenhoe in the County of Essex
widow being of sound mind and memory to make
publish and declare this to be my last will and
Testament in manner following that is to say I give
devise and bequeath unto the said Mary Rebow my
Mistress all and every part of my Estate and Effects as
well real as personal and of what nature or kind soever
or whersoever to hold the same unto and to the use
of the said Mary Rebow and her Heirs Executors
and administrators for ever absolutely she paying
thereout all my just Debts Funeral Expenses and the
charges of proving and attending the execution of this
my will and I do nominate and appoint her said
Mary Rebow sole Executrix hereof and do hereby
revoke all former by me at any time heretofore
made In witness whereof I the said Ann Price have
to this my last Will and Testament contained in one
sheeet of paper set my hand and seal this twentiet day
of September in the year of our Lord one thousand
seven hundred and ninety three Ann Price
Signed Sealed Published and declared by the said Testatrix
as and for her last Will and Testament in our presence
and in her presence and in the presence of each other
attested and subscribed by us as Witnesses Mary Hannah
Adams Joice Strong./.

This Will was proved at London the tenth
day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand
seven hundred and ninety four before the worshipful
William Battine Doctor of Laws Surrogate of the Right
Honorable Sir William Wynne Knight also Doctor of
Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the prerogative
Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oath of
Mary Rebow widow sole Executrix named in the said
will of the deceased to whom administration was granted
of all in singular the Goods Chattles and Credits of
the said deceased having been first sworn duly to administer

On the 5th day of July 1805

left unadministered by Mary
Rebow Widow decd whilst
living the sole Executrix and
Universal Legatee named in
the said Will was granted to
Mary Hester Slater Rebow
(Wife of Francis Slater Rebow
Esqre) the administrator with Res[erve]d
Will & Codicil annexed of the Goods of
the said Mary Rebow dec[ease]d
having been first sworn duly
to adm[iniste]r William Fraser
and William Bullock the Exors
of the Will of [?] Mary Rebow

and execution are their Testatrix
