332. Thomas SIMPSON of Wivenhoe, Mariner, 1705.  D/ACW 23/134

In the name of God amen the Seavinth day of
August Ano Regin [?] Anne & Reyne primo ano
Dm 1702 I Thomas Simpson of Wivenhoe in the County of
Essex Marriner being of sound memory & of perfect able
health of body doe theirfore make & ordayne my last will
testament in manner following viz Impris I commend my
soule to God & my body to the earth to be decently buryed and
as for that wordly estate which god in his mercy hath lent
me I dispose of as followeth Item I give & bequeeth unto my
brother Jarvis Simpson the sume of One shilling of lawfull
English mony Item I give & bequeath unto my brother
[Mettam?] Simpson the like sume of One shilling of like money
Item I give & bequeath unto my brother William Simpson
the like sume of one shilling of like mony Item I give &
bequeath unto my sister Mary Simpson the like sume of
one shilling of like mony Item I give & bequeath unto my
sister Ann Simpson the like sume of One shilling of like mony
Item I give & bequeath unto my loveing wife Sarah Simpson
All & singular my goods Chattles bills bonds shipping stock
household stuffe & implements of household stuffe & personal estate
whatsoever & wheresoever she therefor paying my just debts
funeral charges & legacyes above menconed if demanded
And I make & ordayne my said wife Sarah Simpson whole &
Sole executrix of this my last will & testament soe revoaking
all former wills I doe ordeyne this to be my last will and and testament
Witness my hand & seale the day and yeare first above written
Memo before sealing I give & bequeath unto my brother George
Simpson
the like sume of one shilling of like mony
