319. William PARKER of Wivenhoe, Mariner, 1702. PROB 11/466/382

The Last Will and Testament.
of me William Parker of Wivenhoe in the county of Essex Marriner made
this fourth day of March in the eighth year of the reigne of King William
The Third Annoq D[omi]ni 1695 as followeth Imprimis I give and bequeath unto
Susan my loving wife All those my Freehold messuages or Tenements with
the yards and appurtenances thereunto belonging scituate and being in
Wivenhoe aforesaid and now in the severall occupations of mee the said William
Parker Chas Payne Matthew Pestoe and Alexander Kettle To hold
to my said wife for and during the tenure of her naturall life for and
towards the maintenance and education of my children till their respective
ages of one and twenty years or dayes of marriage which shall first happen &
after her decease I do give and bequeath all that Messuage or tenement in
the several occupations of mee and said William Parker and Chas Payne
with all the houses outhouses yards gardens wayes waters privileges and
commodities and appurtenances whatsoever to the same belonging unto my
sonne William Parker his heires and Assigns forever But my mind &
will is that if my wife shall marry again that then my said sonne shall
respectively enter into the said messuages or tenements with the appurtenances
hereby respectively devised to them at their respective ages of one and twenty yeares
and from thenceforth the said bequest of the said messuages with the app[ur]ten[anc]es.
to my said wife shall cease and determine Item I give to my said wife the use of all
my household goods for the terme of her life and (after her decease I give the said
goods to my said sonne William Parker) [erased] all the rest of my personal estate w[ha]tsoever
and wheresoever I will shall be equally divided amongst my three children Mary
Parker Susan and John Parker (to whome I give the same share and share
alike And I make my said wife And William Woods of Harwich in the said
County Marriner Executors of this my will thus revoking all former Wills by
mee made I doe hereby make and constitute this to be my last will and testam[en]t
and have signed sealed and published the same soe to be the day and year
above written Wm Parker Signed Sealed and published by the Testator
in our presence and attested by us in his presence Willi Greene Jo. Freeman
Ed: Pentris. February the 14th, 1698/9.
