Know all Men that I Henry
Hammond Stammers being sound in my mind.
and in good bodily health declare this
to be my last Will & Testament
Viz. I bequeath to my dear and beloved Wife
Catharine Stammers daughter of Benjn
And Sarah Stacey all my effects goods Chattles
houses land or any property that may
come to me by acecan of my friends
or Relations in any way whatsoever
and I further declare her to be my sole
Executrix Given under my hand
this 9th day of March in the year
of our Lord 1820-

Catherine Stammers of Wivenhoe in the County of
Essex Widow the Sole Executrix above named was
sworn to the truth of the above Will and to the due
performance thereof and that to the best of her knowledge
and belief the amount of the value of the Goods Chattels
and Credits of the deceased is under the Sum of Two
hundred pounds
