The foorth yere of the Raine of ouere soverin lorde and ladey William: and Marey by the grase of god of England
Scotland France and Ierlond Kinge and quene defenders of the faith and in the yere of ouere lorde one thousand six
hundred ninety and toe the ninth daye of June I William: Norden of Wivinhow in the County of Esix Mariner being
in good hellth of bodey and of sounde and perfitt minde and memorey thanks be to allmity god for the same and doe
make and declare my laste will and testamente and doe give dispose bequeath and dispose of all such worldly estate
As god of his goones hath intrusted and blesed mee withall in maner and fornne following that Is to saye Imprimos
my will is that all such debts as I shall owe att my desease and my funerall Charges bee fullly paide and satisfied
and after the paimente and discharge thereof I give the sum of tenn poundes of lawfull English money unto
and amongste such honiste pore people and to bee sharded and disposed in such maner as my lowing wife Jane and
my toe loving frinds John Owth and Nathanill Galle shall thinke fitt Item I give unto my toe frids John Owth and
Nathanill Galle twenty shillings A pese to by ech of them a ringe in rememberance of mee Item I give devise
and bequeath all such my Copeyhowld lands tenements and hereditaments att Wivinhow and Elmsted both parishis
being in the Countey of Esix surrendered to the ewse of my will unto my saide loving wife Jane and to her
A sines for and dewaring the terme of her naterall life and for lach, of Eyers of him bodey begotin by mee
and from and after her desease I give devise and bequeath all my Copeyhowld lande and howses barnes and tene
ments lying and seterat in Wivinhow in the County of Esix and called by the name of the Baytree or by what
soe ever name or names Item I give and begueth to my Cusin Marey Ketle the dafter of Marey: Heaton the
one hallfe and the other hallfe to my toe Cosins namely Marey Edwards and Ann Edwards equallly to bee
devided and to there eyers and to the longest surviver of the I have and for lacke of such eyers to the nereste
of my kindard of my fathers side Item I bequeth to Ann Blower five pounds of lawefull money of England
so be paide by my Cusin Marey Ketle oughte of her halfe parte within a yere after the desease of
my Loving wife: moreover I give and bequeath unto my lowing wife Jane all my Copeyhould house
and lande lying and seterat in Wiwinhow Called by the nome of Coopers, moreover allsoe
I give unto my loving wife all that my Copeyhowled lande and tenements barnes oute houses
Called by the name of gaslins or by what soe ever name or names unto my loving wife Jane and to
her eyers or asins for ever: Item I give unto my wife Jane and to her asines all the reste of and
Resedew of my Estate Whatsoever and I doe make and apoynte my saide lowing wife Jane to be
full and holle Executor of this my will and I desire and apoynte my toe loving frinds John
