377. William WADE, of Wivenhoe, Mariner, 1727. D/ACW 26/6/37

In the name of God Amen I William Wade of Wivenhoe in
the County of Essex Marriner do the Twenty Seventh Day of December
in the Twelfth year of the Reign of our Sovern Lord George of great
Britain France and Ireland King Defendr of the faith Anno Dom. 1725
make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form
following.  Item I give devise and bequeath unto my Kinsman
John Cheasborough (the Son of John Cheasborough) and his heirs for ever all
my Copyhold Messuage, Tenement yards Gardens, and all the appurtenances thereunto
belonging Situate in Wivenhoe now in the Occupation of Thomas Jenkins
Item I give devise, and bequeath unto my Kinsman William King
(the Son of Susanna King) and his heirs for ever all my free Hold
Messuage or Tenement with the yards Gardens and all other the appurtenances
thereunto belonging Situate in Wivenhoe above written: in the occupation
of Sarah Turner or her Assignes: Item I give to my Kinswoman Mary
King
Daughter of Francis King one silk mantle and half my Linen
and the rest and residue of my goods and Chattles: money, plate and debts
whatsoever, or wheresoever, that shall be owing or due to me at the time
of my Decease. I give and Devise unto my Kinsmen John Cheasborough
and William King to be equally parted between them, they first paying
and Discharging my Debts and funeral Charges out of the same and I
do hereby revoke all former Wills Testaments Legacies and Exectors
heretofore made ratifying and Confirming this & none other to be my last
Will and testament and do hereby ordain Mary the Wife of John Cheasborough
and my said Kinsman William King to be Executrix and Executor of this
my last Will & Testament In witness whereof I the said William
Wade
the Testator have hereunto set my hand and heal the Day and
Year first above written
